Common questions
I subscribed, but Pro is gone.
Open Settings in Proddi and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Proddi. You can also tap Manage subscription in Proddi's settings. Cancel at least a day before it renews.
Reminders don't come.
iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then Proddi: turn on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive.
The alarm doesn't ring when Proddi is closed.
iPhone Settings, then Proddi: turn on Alarms. Alarms need iOS 26 or newer and Proddi Pro.
How do I start over?
Settings in Proddi, then Reset app. This deletes all tasks, points and rewards.
